Maria Lumiaho

Maria is a design leader who is passionate about the intersection of business, product and design. At Zalando, Maria is the Head of Design for Content Experiences creating and scaling exciting new customer experiences that deepen relationships and drive the business. Maria serves on the Board of Directors for Zalando Finland.

Previously Maria led the design team behind Finnair’s customer-facing portfolio as design Director and envisioned new products and services at Futurice as Service Design Lead.
