Matias Vaara

Matias Vaara is an independent strategic designer. He’s passionate about the opportunities of generative AI for innovation in customer experiences. Matias has worked with companies like KONE and Futurice to re-invent customer experiences in the age of generative AI. He’s also helped large and small companies build their generative AI capabilities. Before his design studio, Vaara & Co, Matias was a design director at the global agency Idean (now part of frog).
